ADK law did the conveyancing for the sale of our house. We have bought and sold a couple of properties in the recent years and the amount of chasing I had to do was frustrating and stressful - I was sure that is a standard thing in working with all solicitors.
But we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was in this case. William Speakman is excellent: we were impressed by his professional attitude. I got prompt and detailed replies to my emails and all the stages of conveyancing were done on time, at a speed I hadn't seen before, without any effort from us to chase them. He made the process so easy for us. We absolutely recommend ADK Law, and thank William Speakman for his work!

I came across ADK Law on a comparison website when looking for a conveyancer to deal with my house purchase. Initially I was a little reluctant, with then being in Bolton and me a different area of the country. This did not impact in any way. The cost was very reasonable too in comparison to other quotes received, so I decided to give them a go.

Jinni Barwick was the solicitor acting for me and I can honestly say, I can not recommend her enough. Communication was frequent and always quick to respond to my queries. Jinni was brilliant at keeping things moving, keeping people in the chain updated and providing a brilliant overall service. I do not plan on moving anytime soon, but when I do ADK Law and Jinni will be my first port of call. I honestly cannot think of a single negative to add to this review. Thank you so much :)

Efficient service with good communication throughout.

ADK law acted on my behalf during the purchase of the freehold of my leasehold property. I was given a quote upfront so I knew what the costs were going to be. The whole process was completed efficiently. I was kept up to date at various different points before completion. I would happily use them again in the future.

Superb service! Our team member Mr Speakman dealt with the conveyancing of our property. The service he gave us was exceptional! First class. Prompt replies, helpful, professional, pro-active. Very impressive. In addition, it was so refreshing to receive emails that were correctly spelt and grammatically correct … picky, maybe, but so often this aspect of a 'professional' service is lacking in at the present time.

The team are very experienced, efficient and had a dedicated lawyer as the main point of contact which the communication so easy, quick. Have had regular updates through email correspondences and prompt responses which made the whole process so easy. If there was Ballon-d'Or award for conveyancing then Tom Ellor of ADK law would win it easily. He didn't know me from Adam but provided me with the best service possible, his care and attention is outstanding and when he says he will get back to you he does. Outstanding service at a very very competitive price. You don't normally get great service and great price together.

I have used ADK Law a few times now and Rebekah Jenkins is particularly good, she is very responsive and has helped me complete a recent purchase and sale on behalf of my elderly mother.

Tom Ellor at ADK has acted a few times for me now and is always excellent in the level of service provided. I get regular updates over the phone and via email and he has been proactive in keeping things moving.

My experience with ADK was unfortunately not the best. From getting my mortgage offer it took 7 months to complete. As a first time buyer this was an extremely stressful situation and it was extremely difficult to get hold of the solicitor assigned to me. I had to get an extension on my mortgage due to lack of paperwork and communication from my solicitor. For paying £2,500 I expected better and if it wasn’t for my persistence as well as the estate agents I probably wouldn’t have completed the exchange seeing as it was left to the day before my offer became invalid. My solicitor was called Lucy but I barely spoke to her as she didn’t answer emails or phone calls. I wouldn’t recommend ADK to anyone I know after the experience I had with them.

As a first time buyer whose property fell under the BSA rules many conveyancers would not take on my purchase and I also needed a speedy completion as a priority due to crossover times. I initially instructed another company but after one week it was clear they were not up to the task, so after further searching I went with ADK. I honestly could not fault the experience, especially compared to the stories many of my friends have had. Jinni who was my conveyancer was simply fantastic. Communication was always in play and responses and questions quickly replied to and despite some bumps linked with the leasehold (which Jinni was great at supporting with) we completed in around 15 weeks which has amazed others I’ve spoken to who have had a similarly complex apartment purchase like mine. Would fully recommend and a Thankyou to Jinni and those involved.
