When I finally got access to speak with a human which in my opinion takes far too long, I have no issue with the agents knowledge and helpfulness,
Question why can I not be removed from the CUE database, apparently as a result of initiating a claim then subsequent cancelling the process my new policy increased by around £250, yet another example of a big corporation squeezing the public.

Utterly appalling! Will NEVER buy from this company again. Currently have 4 policies running for various children's needs, both motor and travel, happy enough to take my money but by god if you want to get any service from them forget it! Calls outsourced to India! Complete lack of comprehension of my problem and live chat was even worse went round in circles for 45 minutes with whichever imbecile was working that!

So my daughter was in a car accident, not her fault. It has left her disabled. Over 5 years ago. Still waiting for admiral to sort. They have sent her to wrong drs, made her wait ages to see specialist. Now since Christmas still trying to sort. Emailed phoned and Reece who is dealing with the case. Has not replied. I will always tell people not to use them also work colleagues as well
