the customer portal was good and easy to use . the case handler was very helpful. there was no need for long telephone conversations ,the portal meant access to your case at any time. When there was need to telephone the people at Admiral Law were polite, helpful and explained things clearly .

Excellent information from Ella at end of claim however this should not have been dragged out for 4+ years.
On a positive note though, easy to access and use portal for communication and confirmation of claim
