Adobe usually brilliant but not any more
There are a lot of reviews regarding unfairness with free trials. I actually pay to use Adobe and the software is usually brilliant for all sorts of tasks. It was a game changer for us, enabling us to request signatures on agreements and accounts, edit pdfs, prepare content for social media etc. But what on earth has happened in the last few days. We can't open documents, we can't preview pdfs, we can't edit documents. Are there any alternatives that can be used for the tasks mentioned because in terms of time, Adobe is costing us a lot of money.

Stay well clear.....do not get drawn in with the 7 day free trial, absolutely impossible to cancel if need to. Customer service is horrendous, nothing is clear. Cant cancel on line like they tell say you can....advisor cut me off mid conversation, I don't know if I was successful in canceling. How do they get away with this, they clearly aren't concerned about customers looking at the reviews they get! I just wish I had read all the reviews prior to signing up.

³Been using Adobe PS since the mid 90s. Sad to say the products have become very bloated and the company more interested in hard up-selling at every opportunity than providing a friendly helpful, customer orientated service.

Program is very glitchy. Whilst a glitch was happening 6 extra licenses were added to our business account. I have contacted Adobe several times and they have not yet fixed the issue and just keep charging the extra 5 licenses.

I didnt even know until after 5 months that I have paid 40 dollar in month for a plan I did not aproof.... and wanting to cancel this.... I did not be able use the Credits that I had paid for... they disappeared, and I paid 400 dollar for having ANY pictures DOWNLOADED!
Be careful with signing a plan with adobe! You might loose a lot of money... and feel very sad after. Like I did...
Deleting account
I used it for one thing, and it couldn’t even do that. Took 20 minutes to delete me account and cancel my subscription. The website is so bad I could not agree to the terms and services so when I was trying to delete my account, the pop-up was in the way and I was unable to cancel it.. I don’t think I’ve ever been so stupidly annoyed at something so small
I have utter contempt for this company
I have utter contempt for this company. Although they claim there is a free Adobe Reader for PDFs, there is no FREE way to use their 'rip off' of PDF (an open standard (ISO 32000)). Given that you are forced by numerous banks, the IRS, etc. to use Adobe Readers, as it is supposedly free, it is disgusting that Adobe does everything humanly possible to make it impossible to use without purchasing their vile software. I refuse to give money to such a disgusting company, so now what?

I reached out to their customer support to resolve the issue, but I was put on hold for an hour only to be told to call back during the weekday. To make matters worse, when I called back, the representative hung up on me. This was extremely frustrating, and I expected much better service from such a reputable company."
I subscribed to Adobe Pro
I subscribed to Adobe Pro. Due to the business policy, I was supposed to cancel the subscription. However, I was taken by surprise when my account did not give me the option to cancel auto renewal or remove the payment detail. It was even more surprising that there was no option to even cancel the subscription. I connected with support and when I asked the agent to cancel auto renewal, I was informed there was no such option and only one month before renewal date, I will be able to cancel subscription. If this disappointment was not enough, he further explained that if I cancelled now, access will be immediately revoked even though I paid until my next subscription date. In case of cancellation all major companies now all to continue subscription until the next renewal date. Adobe seems to be running a scam policy and it seems this is their way to earn revenue by deceiving customers. Please stay away and explore other available option and do not get stuck with such sham company by subscribing to their product.

Its good when it works. Their customer service is difficult to find. I order it and they cancel it every time. Whats the point.

Adobe "Free" Trial
I signed up for Adobe’s free trial and believe I cancelled before the trial ended. The website indicated that the trial had been cancelled. Shortly after, I noticed a charge on my credit card for my monthly subscription. When I tried to cancel my subscription again, I was informed that I had to pay a cancellation fee of half the remaining balance of my annual subscription.
If you start the "free" trial and subsequently cancel, please confirm your cancellation in whatever way possible or better yet use a different company that has better business practices than Adobe. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before utilizing any of Adobe's products. Many people seem to have had a similar experience. It is not a company I will use again.

Cancelled the subscription on Adobe twice, but they keep charging me 55 euros a month, and the subscription goes back on without my knowledge. AVOID PAYING THEM!!!! There is currently a lawsuit against them.
