First, it's the most annoying software on the planet. Anything you download will automatically open in Adobe too. Clunky software that was uneditable. Literally had to get a separate PDF Edito... See more

Creative Cloud subscription limitations
I'm a photographer, and while I'm super happy with Photoshop and Lightroom and how they keep getting better with each update, I'm not particularly happy with the payment options for the Creative Cloud subscription. While I lived in Serbia, I couldn't buy a subscription (it wasn't available there), and I had to lie about my country to circumvent the system.
I got auto renewed for another year at…
I got auto renewed for another year at three times the cost of that what I was paying. Never got the email they told me had been sent. They will not turn off auto renew on my account so if I miss it in November, I’ll be in the same mess lost my job can’t afford the £230 it’s gonna cost me all the £150. It’s gonna cost me to cancel don’t know what to do.
Severely Predatory Company
Unbelievably predatory subscription practices. If you are going to use their services (either by subscribing or through a free trial), be sure to cancel as soon as you are done using their product. Make sure to also triple check your subscription as they will add on unwanted extras without making you aware. Don't trust what their website says during your free trial period, as free trials do not show up (or are at least very difficult to find) in their UI. Instead, contact their support directly and ask for your subscription to be cancelled. Their refund policies are also highly strict and limited. The one redeeming feature is that their customer service rep did eventually give me a refund when I fully explained my experience and how disappointed I was, even though we were outside the (very narrow) refund period.
Waiving Early Cancellation Fee
Signed up for an Adobe Pro to design labels. The characters in the label I designed were illegible and so the 'Pro' features were of no use to me. They also added an 'AI' membership which was useless and started auto-billing after being included for free. Tried to cancel. They charged me £17.99 per month and asked for a £53 early cancellation fee - had to spend time on chat facility to agree that this was waived
Im so confused at the log in change.
Im so confused at the log in change.. i use adobe between my laptop & desktop & i cant.. i have to keep changing my password!!?? when im not even logged in on the other device.. it keeps crashing when I try to exit.. i actually have work & deadlines & im not able to log into MY OWN ACCOUNT THAT I PAY HUNDREDS OF POUNDS FOR wtf adobe?!
Absolute scam operation disguised as a software company
We cancelled our Adobe accounts years ago. Got the confirmation emails. Screenshots. The lot. They kept charging us anyway. Twice a month. For accounts that don't exist anymore.
Try to contact them about it? Good luck. There's no email support. You literally cannot speak to a human being unless you sign up for another paid account. Let that sink in. To dispute charges for accounts you cancelled, they want you to pay them again first.
This isn't a mistake. This is a business model. They know exactly what they're doing. Thousands of people are getting hit with the same thing. Check the reviews. Check Reddit. It's everywhere.
We've had to get our bank to block them as a merchant just to stop the bleeding. That's where we're at. Blocking a Fortune 500 company like they're some dodgy subscription box scam.
Adobe used to make products people loved. Now they make it impossible to leave and keep billing you after you do. Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid if you can. If you can't, document everything and assume they'll try to rob you on the way out.
If I could give less than 1 star I…
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible company, appalling customer service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Very over priced for poor unreliable software. Awful customer services especially as I had been a customer for 20 years.

Paid a massive early termination fee…
Paid a massive early termination fee because the website made it impossible to change plans or speak to support. Disappointed in the predatory tactics for a long-term user whose computer broke.
Thief's and beggars!!
Got a trial subscription as were advertising that they can enhance a 1080p video to 4k. After watching turtorials i couldnt manage to do that. Could be my fault as Im not used to it but I seen that there was some setting on the tutorial werent available for me. Few hour of trying after canceled the trial subscription and then uninstall the software and got a confirmation email that my subscription will be terminate. Great? Unfortunately not, after 7 days they tried to get £100 of my bank acount three times. Likely for me i block them just in case. Thief's litle scumbags.
I signed up for a 7 day trial and wish I hadn't
i signed up for a 7 day trial subsciption. I cancelled the subsciption within 2 or 3 days but was still charged, in fact 2 payments were taken out of my account a few days after I cancelled the subscription. I did not observe the debit to my account for a few weeks. When I did, I went on their website and cancelled AGAIN, this time I was promised an email confirming the cancellation, I received the email. Nevertheless, a month after the first debit from my account another debit was made. I went on their site and cancelled the subscrition again on their website, again I I was promised - and received an email confiirming the cancellation. Even though I had proof that I had received a cancellation email my bank said I must go back to Adobe to sort out this issue. I will be speaking to the financial ombudsman regarding both Adobe and my bank.
An update, I got through to Adobe and the BOT could not answer my question. I did get through to human although the lag in response time was much longer than I would have liked. The Customer service rep. said hold on, I'm just loading your account - then, I can see that you have just paid for you subscription, what is the problem? I said that "if you can see my paymnt, can you not see you sent me a cancelation email two weeks ago"? From my perspective, if the Adobe rep. could see my payment AND the fact that the cancellation email was sent - ipso facto I amd due a refund, there is no need to ask me anything. Although I had cancelled the subscription a few days after starting the 7 day trial - I did NOT receive an email confirming this fact. At the end of theday though - I have (so far) been promised a full refund with 5-7 days. If I do not receive it, this review will be updated.
My advice - don't take up an Adobe subscription if you can help it, but if you need to cancel and existing subscription, take screen shots of every step.
Supposedly lifetime license stops working with Mac OS Tahoe
When I bought Mac Photoshop Elements 2022 one thing I liked was it was a proper lifetime license (unlike the 3 year one they now offer
However, it wasn't true - with the latest version of Mac OS Tahoe it doesn't work anymore so my only option is to buy the 2025 version- so 3 years and the lifetime license is over.
Adobe is garbage.
Adobe is garbage.
It used to be great, but now it's overpriced, under-featured, greedy, and average at what it does. It's trash. Also, if you commit to a plan, be aware they charge an early cancellation fee.
Adobe Photoshop
I paid for an Adobe Photoshop subscription for approximately a year but was largely unable to use the product due to persistent technical issues, including freezing, lagging, black screens on launch, and tools not functioning.
I repeatedly attempted to contact customer support by phone, but calls were often disconnected or filled with static, making it impossible to get help. When I finally reached support via chat, I requested cancellation and a refund. Instead, I was offered “free months,” which did not resolve the issues and did not restore functionality.
After escalating I was finally connected to Supervisor "D Mohammed", Adobe agreed to cancel my subscription without penalty but refunded only 3 months, despite nearly a year of documented problems and non-use.
Cancelling without penalty is not the same as being refunded for a service that was unusable. This experience felt dismissive and unfair, and I would not recommend Adobe subscriptions unless you are confident you won’t need customer support.
It has asked for a review and for me to…
It has asked for a review and for me to share experiences multiple times. I keep sending a message saying I can't in good conscience give a good review. Today I decided to be upfront about this terrible software. It glitches constantly. It will corrupt files you're working on. It will randomly color things and delete entire pieces or your art even if you aren't using tools or shortcuts to do those things. This is the worst experience I've had. The price for this device is ridiculous. I don't know how why anyone would use it unless they had absolutely no other options and even then it will make you just give up out of frustration. I've taken classes and built a computer for this and it still won't just function.
I'd give zero
I'd give zero. Totally useless at communicating and setting up a contract so it can be cancelled within free period. Suggest everyone now escalate this to their MP as it seems so common that it's an illegal practice. At the moment, despite taking money from my account, there is still no policy on my account to cancel. What's happened to Adobe, time to move on.
Almost Impossible to cancel…
Almost Impossible to cancel subscription. This is not how you supose to run a company. Hope the competition will come with better products, so Adobe runs out of business
Charging $130 to cancel my subscription…
Charging $130 to cancel my subscription early is insane.
predatory in nature, scam, Fraudulent charges
predatory in nature. The LR CC trial subscription is a scam. They will do everything they can to deceive you and charge you even after you cancel within the timeframe. I would avoid at all cost.
