Don't ever order anything from there first it takes forever to receive the order and when I finally did I have received wrong order now I have emailed them number of times and they don't want to process refund

No recommend to buy anything, sad that i didn't checked reviews before i order.Made my order 29 January to get by 28th February,wrote a lot of emails, responses was that is still in factory, got finely 4th March and doesn't look like sterling silver for 65£,looks like cheap chain from China, looks like they ordering from China shit quality and reselling to uk people,cause with trucking number when i was trucking country was China, so people dont buy from them nothing!!!!!!!!

Awful company! Purchased 2 gifts for Valentine’s Day and paid extra for expedited shipping. Never received anything. Contacted on email since they have no phone number. Took days to hear back in which they told me they haven’t even started my order yet that was already way past arrival date. I asked for full refund many times in which they refused. Still no refund. Fake website! Do not waste your money!! I’m contacting my back to report fraud!

Ordered custom Lego picture. One of the lego peoplewas no longer fastened to the matting and the heart was croocked! It showed up in a decent amount of time ,but it looked like this and for 60$ it is so cheaply made! Don't buy from this company!

This place is a scam.

Do not buy from this company, placed an order 2 weeks ago with fast delivery and item has not turned up and when you chase no one emails you back and your out of pocket.

Wish Id read reviews before hand, ordered a birthday present, paid for fast delivery.
2 weeks later and still not arrived, still getting spun bulls**t. But i don't expect it to arrive

Do not purchase from them!!
They offer holiday deals but cannot deliver before the holiday even when purchased a month plus in advance.
Who knows when you will get your order.
They can never provide a scheduled ship date.

I ordered a custom Lego Valentine’s Day gift for my gf and it had tracking two days after o ordered it and now it says I don’t have an order and can’t track it. No way to be reached.

I ordered a wallet on Dec 5. Charged for it on Dec 7. Received in January so my Christmas present was late.
Bur the kicker is that the engraved picture is on upside down.
My first and last time ordering from Adorlla.

I ordered 3 pendants heart shaped to contain birthstone jewels before christmas and paid extra for fast shipping. They did not arrive until after christmas and tgere were NO stones in pendants.

Horrible. All they do is lie from start to finish. Had 2 months to Valentine’s Day and there site said 7 days. Now they say they are running behind won’t be here in February. Don’t trust these people

Paid for express delivery 3/4 days. Its been over 3 weeks and still hasn't arrived.

Asked for refund and been refused.

I purchased my item at the beginning of December in the hope that it would arrive by Christmas. The website suggested 5-7 days, and appeared to be a UK website, however by the 22nd it had not arrived and I started to do some some digging, found the payment indicated France, and the tracking reference did not work, all reviews here and Ai pointed me towards being a victim of fraud.

I liaised directly with the company and was assured that it was on its way, I managed to negotiate a suitable refund, in my mind not actually believing anything will materialise based on what I had read.

Unperturbed, I reported to my bank and received my money back, under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 protects credit card payments in the UK. It makes the credit provider and the retailer jointly liable for any breach of contract or misrepresentation by the retailer, essentially in the uk your bank will refund you, and then chase for payment providing you provide evidence of the dispute and efforts of trying to get your money back or resolve the situation.

Lo and behold, the product arrived a day later!

So now faced with having the product and a refund, I discussed with the company who needed me to cancel my dispute with the bank, trusting and recognising the company was real, was doing its best to resolve my issue, I did.

A few days later my agreed refund arrived.

All in all, the positives, they communicated regularly and well with me, they kept to their word, and did what they said they would. I dealt with Mia through out and she was the stand out, and the real jewel for this company.

The negative, they should be more transparent with where they are based, where the product is coming from, and how long it will take.

Not a terrible experience but not a great one either, would I use again….quite possibly yes, but ordering a lot earlier than I did previously.

Ordered a special Christmas gift for my in-laws for Christmas. Ordered mid November and went back and forth with customer service and still hasn’t arrived! This is the worst experience Ive ever encountered purchasing online. I was offered a $10 credit which I will never use due to the fact I will NEVER purchase from them again! Paid for expedited shipping as well. What a scam! Be careful and stay away from purchasing from this company!

Waited 1.5 months for the item. Came from china over to the USA in 2 weeks then randomly sent back to China then came back to the US and finally got delivered. Got the item and it was terrible quality there was black spots all over where the silver is peeling off and the picture isn’t even visible. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my fiancé but it didn’t arrive in time and then I just threw it in the trash because it was so terrible quality that it wasn’t worth giving too her. 100% waste of your money! They’ll run ads and spend thousands doing so but forget actually building a decent product!

Bought 2 Sweatshirts for our sons. First of all had to wait unbelievable long time they promised it will be for Christmas it came only 2 of January. The quality of embroidery is just so poor that we was ashamed to give it to our sons. Payed lot of money but they even couldn't print their names correctly. So angry so disappointed. And we do believe there is no chance to get money back from them. Stay away from this company.

shocking company!! ordered a present for my wife off my daughters for xmas on the 5th dec, it’s now the 27th dec an still nothing, no communication from there side, stay away from this company, so quick to take your money

I don't believe this is a real company, they don't actually process any product, but they will charge your credit card. It's a total sham.
