35£ I spent on a necklace with my name. Design not the same as advertised. Clasp was broken. The design was cheap and nasty nothing like picture in their page.
I notified them.the same day via email.
Only to get a response "we can refund only refund 20%" and we sorry it didn't meet good expectations. I replied its BROKEN & never been worn.
I'm hoping to go the bank today to reverse payment.

This is a scam website. I bought my purchase from adorlla site on 2/4/24, it says shipment 9-12 working days. I obtained my shipment on 3/9/2024. I contacted them multiple times, they have the following issues:
1. Poor customer service
2. They do not refund your money
3. The product is misleading I bought the silver projection bracelet it does not project n it looks like. Common bracelet not customized inspite the fact I laid customized.
4. The box they delivered was jammed
Please do a favor to yourself and avoid this scam website. No one should buy their product. They are misleading, false advertisement, and poor customer service and on top of that they do not refund

Received a completely different bracelet to what I ordered, different style and looked cheap and nasty. Then the company said I had to pay to return the item! Luckily my bank have agreed to reverse the payment. I would recommend you avoid this company and shop somewhere more reputable!!
