Good at talking , disappointing dealer, really set me up for a fall on a McLaren they knew had many issues, steered me away from contacting the previous service garage prior to purchase, as they knew of lots of issues with the car (I used them for a service so found them all out) over charged for work undertaken, 12 months and the air con still didn’t work, engine problem took 3 months to fix, and then there was £10k worth of other issues when I tried to sell. Make sure you get any car independently checked if buying from them.

The mark of an excellent company in my mind is how they handle things and treat customers when things do not go 100% according to plan. It is extremely rare to come across an organisation that operates with such a high degree of integrity and professionalism – they very clearly want to build long-term relationships with their customers. My experience with the Adrenaline team (Richard, Tris, Ellianna, Henry) has been faultless throughout, from pre-sale and collection to after-sales. I would now only consider Adrenaline when making my next performance car purchase and highly recommend them to anyone – this is a dealer you can trust.

Purchased a car from the Adrenaline Collective. All the guys there clearly love the cars and went out of their way to accommodate me. Richard looked after me and nothing was to much trouble. Once I had purchased the car I was kept fully up dated on the time line to collection. Any question / queries / concerns were dealt with quickly and to my total satisfaction. Elianna provided outstanding service from start to finish when I bought my new car. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and was super helpful with anything I needed. I got a great part-exchange deal and fast payment for my old car. The handover was smooth, professional, and really well-organised. I’ll definitely be back in the future for my next car. I recently purchased a car from adrenaline Collective. I can highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a special car.
The thing that was most obvious to me was the staff were all car enthusiasts and really cared about their customers. Everything had to be right which in my experience was something quite rare and special. 👌

Agreed a deal with their Sales Manager that he reneged
on 24 hours before I was due to collect the car having already totally paid for it. I had also bought first class tickets to Leamington Spa and arranged overnight accommodation in York on the way back home. All my loss.

To make matters worse they have still not refunded my deposit after a week despite several reminders, the last one of which was today, hence this review.They have just rang to say ‘administration couldn’t process the refund because it had to be done over the phone’ but not bothered to tell me. Unbelievable!

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Words I wouldn’t usually associate with your average car dealership. I dealt with both Tris and Elliott who were both super accommodating and good at their jobs. If you want a smooth sailing car purchase-experience I would absolutely recommend the Adrenaline Collective and will certainly be returning myself!
