My renewal was sympathetically handled after a disputed "S" write off claim with another provider

When an idiot neighbour backed off his drive into me you were exellent at supplying a replacement vehicle.
It took 6 to 7 weeks to fix, when my local Ford garage would have taken 2 weeks. The biggest blow was my premium doubled through no fault of mine

I pick this company specifically for the guaranteed value insurance. The agent happily up sold certain extras and took the money and only when I asked if the value was now guaranteed did he mention that the insurance company would need to make that decision! I asked what I needed to do to get that and how long that would take and he didn’t know. When I pushed he phoned them and came back saying the wait time was currently 2-3 weeks. The cooling off period was 2 weeks and if value was not agreed I was going to be left with a basic policy costing me more than my present provider!
I cancelled the insurance and it took a week to have the money refunded.
Ever since I have been bombarded with emails from them about the policy despite further emails and phone calls asking them to desist.
Appalling selling behaviour and customer service.

Insured my caravan through Adrian Flux. 2 weeks later I contacted Adrian Flux by phone to give them a new storage address. I was charged £30.00. I feel this charge is a total rip off.

The representative was very well informed and answered all my questions
Explaining anything I needed, The price quoted was excellent, and the attention to detail was of a very good standard all the staff I have dealt with have been helpful.
