Brilliant advisor Carole

The advisor, Carole, was a really lovely and helpful lady. Spoke to her Wednesday and I hadn't got all the information she rang me back Thursday and went through all of information I collected and entered on the system to check everything was done for me.
Could definitely do with some more advisers like Carole. Well done for employing her.

I did a quote on line but wanted to…

I did a quote on line but wanted to call to double check a few things. However the lady who answered was so helpful and friendly that I ended up taking the car policy out with her and ended up paying £42 less than the online quote. Great result and thank you Jackie for your help.

Keira said she would phone at 2pm on Tuesday 14 April to take through things, but she did not phone.
Today I spoke to Melissa and she said someone would phone back, but again no response.

Shocking insurance company/broker

Shocking insurance company/broker. do not use as for 3 weeks i attempted to call and no one returned my call. management told me incorrect information seeing they also didn't have a clue about there own policies either. messaged the portal still no call back. cancelled my policy thank god. AVOID

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Joined on line, but when I needed to call customer service it’s a nightmare first call 32 minutes wait then line went dead, redialed 26 minutes finally spoke to someone who promised to send me a email it never came. Called next day 48 minutes before I spoke to someone enough was enough I cancelled and went elsewhere

Car insurance renewal

The service I received from the advisor was very informative regarding my car insurance renewal. He managed to obtain a very good price for me and informed me about what was included and what wasn't so that I understood exactly what was covered.
Also I didn't have to wait more than 30 seconds before I was speaking to someone so overall a very pleasing experience
