In all my years of dealing with suppliers of anything ADS have got to be the slickest from start to finish.

Our entire Pub have been fitted with AV and everything else needed to run it properly

From initial phone call to site meeting was the same day as well as the quote, installation went ahead the next day.

These guys went above and beyond to try to fit a dodgy IKEA unit so it was all even. They spent a long time making sure I was happy with it and readjusted it many times as well as doing a flawless job of wall mounting the tv. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Having just moved house, I’ve experienced the full range of customer service and ADS are quite simply outstanding. In 2 days (from 1st visit to work done) they offered a solution to my poor WiFi (so important as I’m WFH) and sorted my Sky TV arrangements when Sky couldn’t and suggested an appointment in 3 weeks time! Dave and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, carried out the work to a high standard and cleared up too! I have no hesitation in recommending ADS.

Great customer experience from beginning to end. Steve visited the house and discussed all options with us. Pricing was transparent from the outset.

Billy was great during the installation and explained and updated as he went. There were some technical difficulties with the phone line which meant work couldn’t be completed in one day, but the team were diligent in rebooking a date to come and complete it.

I arranged for Steve and his team to install a centralized vision and sound system in my home. They proved to be extremely reliable and efficient as well as personable and did a thoroughly professional job. The ease with which I’m able to access and switch remotely between several different sources (2 Sky boxes, Apple TV, Sonos, etc) in three different rooms has far exceeded my expectations and, to my wife’s delight, not a single cable in sight! I can’t recommend ADS Ltd highly enough.

Excellent service from ADS. I phoned on the Monday and Steve popped round the next day to have a look and discus our problem. A solution was decided on and Steve and Simon came the following Monday to carry out the work which included fitting a new switch and several WiFi boosters to solve a long standing problem. Everything is working beautifully now. They were very efficient, tidy and polite. They were also very mindful that we have two children doing their schooling at home so worked the turning off of the WiFi around their lessons. We are very pleased and would not hesitate in recommending the company.

Andrew and Mike attended my house on time. They were fully equipped with all the necessary items. They completed the install of 3 TV(s) a sound bar and trunking for all the wiring. Plus they arranged for 2 of the TVs to have extended surface plug sockets.
Fantastic level of work and clearly experts at what they do. Maybe not the cheapest quote but it was worth the extra money for the quality workmen-ship. Thank you.

Excellent understanding of our requirements in the first place by David who carried out the initial survey. Excellent work carried out particularly from Simon who went above and beyond. Engineers were tidy and respectful of their surroundings. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed or recommend them to others.

I found ADS very helpful, they got the job done quickly and efficiently very happy with the outcome.

David and his team are amazing! We have used ADS twice now and there service has been fantastic, they always come out quickly and get you up and running again & there customer communication is great. And they are really lovely people who care about what they do!

I was expecting some form of feedback questionnaire but as it has not been received I would like to advise as follows.

The workers obviously had too many jobs to achieve in one day. I was supposed to be at 8am yet they arrived at 11am having first been to Wimbledon.

Initially I was planned in for 8 - 12pm/1pm turning up so late meant they were under pressure.

With another appointment in Crouch end after finishing at 2.15pm in Enfield meant they rushed.

The lads did a good job with the wiring and then placed the sound bar far too low exposing holes that were planned to be covered. They said to fill them in with polyfiller and I agreed to this, which in hindsight was a mistake on my part but they were obviously pushed for time.

I did try to fill with polyfiller but the hole was too large and eventually I had to remove the brackets of the sound bar and move it up in order to hide the holes.

In the quotation there was mention of the need to use 5m of wire but they found a way to connect the power without the work that was initially indicated.

It is my opinion that the work carried out was worth around £400 plus VAT. 2 men for 3 hours with no extra materials required. The estimate, which I did accept, would have been fair and reasonable had the work been done as per the quote and the soundbar fitted in the right position.

Your comments on this would be appreciated. I did sign it off and I did pay the bill but it was not value for money and the company need to look at the workloads given out as it only causes shoddy work and time pressure.

David and Jamie came to fix my tv signal problem. They phoned well in advance to advise me of their arrival time which was within the previously stated window. They were courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly customer centric. They not only fixed the signal strength problem they diagnosed a faulty aerial cable and replaced it with a custom made one which is much better than the shop bought item. Well done ADS and most importantly David and Jamie. Customer Service at it's best.

Steve and Mike did a great job. Very professional. Explained what they were doing and reviewed the options I had in terms of wiring, etc. Just solid work overall.

I called last week and booked an appointment as my TV in the loft room was not getting good reception due to the aerial cable outside that was damaged.

One of the guys showed up early to access the work and advised me that the actual aerial also needs to be replaced plus I can do my own search for prices and get it done before he starts the work. I asked him how much it would be if they did it instead and the price for everything including both cables for upstairs and downstairs TV was reasonable.

Both gents wore a mask the whole-time while carrying out the job and kept safe distance which is important to me as I have a small baby in the house so am extra careful with the current Covid situation. Both were friendly and polite. I felt that I was dealing with a professional company which put me to ease and I would not hesitate to call them again if any other related work needs to be done.

I made appointment on the phone for someone to fix my tv. I asked her if they were Covid safe, she assured me they would follow all guidelines. 2 engineers came with masks, were not friendly, hardly spoke, gave me some options but I wasn’t really sure what I needed and they weren’t very helpful. It was raining outside and they wore there wet clumpy boots over my carpet . One asked to use my upstairs toilet, I said yes but was annoyed with myself for saying yes. During these times I don’t think he should of used toilet . I had to disinfect everything as neither of them wore gloves. While he was up and the other outside I put black liners over my carpet. When finished he showed me the tv worked, no mask on and boots on carpet as he missed the black bags. I paid they left. Never again. Although I thought the price was reasonable, they didn’t make me feel comfortable and I’d rather pay more and get a nicer friendly more respectful company

Could not be a better service. Contacted via web in the evening and they were at my home the next morning. Excellent workers, Jamie was great and did the whole job in a rapid clean manner

Great work from ADS. Nick came over and fixed my faulty TVs in under an hour. Had his mask on the entire time and did everything safely. Good advice given regarding future works too. V recommended
