Wanted an old aerial removed as it was about to come loose and fall. Got an appointment for the next day and the work was done promptly and politely.

I used ADS to remove an old ariel on the roof, mount our TV and soundbar to the wall and clean up the messy wiring in front of our new house.

They did excellent work and were very tidy, polite and patient. Would absolutely use them again!

My tenants gave me the quote this company gave them. Fortunately I got a second quote. I didn’t need what they quoted them only needed a new booster!

I recently got a Projector and sound system Installed by ADS Smart Home and the service was nothing short of exceptional.

It's obviously a relatively specialist job so I was very glad to find the guys and they were with me through every step. From advice on what to get, right through to installation and set up.

Steve started the process up, talking me through the various options and giving a demo in the show room. This was more than enough to convince me to go with these guys. He was honest and on point with his knowledge. Without being pushy at all. He stayed in contact throughout the entire process and has even been in touch since the job was finished to check everything is all good!

The work was carried out within 4 business days of me booking it, which also really impressed me. The two gents that installed the projector (Simon and Simon!) we're friendly, efficient and totally receptive to my barrage of questions! I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. Again, they did not leave until they were confident I was totally satisfied with the product.

Highly recommend ADS for any of this kind of work. I would book them again in a heartbeat!

The company were able to come at a time that suited us. Jamie and his colleague we’re very quick and efficient with the installation. Would highly recommend this company?!

I just wanted to write a review to let you know how incredible I think your staff are and how good my experience was with your company. From start to finish your booking office and admin team went the extra mile to organize an installation in my mother’s care home; with all current regulations that was enough to put other companies off. The background is – my mother went into her care home in January 2021. We never saw her for months. We literally lost communication. It’s been the worst year of our lives as her dementia took that big step forward. And the internet/WIFI was really poor in her building- so much so that we couldn’t even contact her via tablet or mobile phone due to this and of course the devices were now too difficult for mum to use. Your company brought light and hope to our terrible situation. You advised an access point which would supply a decent wifi signal to my mums room and then install a facebook portal system because it was so easy to use – mum would be able to video call us, at the touch of a single button. No locks, no codes just contact on demand. This install has changed our lives. Your staff were so accommodating during the installation; Jamie and Simon were so kind, so respectful and treated mum like an independent woman again. They behaved like they’d been working with Dementia patients for years. I cannot tell you how wonderful that was. As a family, we won’t forget what you’ve done for us. It’s changed everything from sad to super. Everything works brilliantly and mum can call whoever she likes with a camera that follows her so she can move and speak, laugh and chat like she used to. Speak to her grandchildren when her spirits need lifting on their mobiles. THANK YOU – THANK YOU – THANK YOU. You are a special company.

They did a recce abd built the price into the job. It was all entirely seamless and we had delivery within a week of my AV system and very painless installation - the engineer even had treats tucked away for my dog ( smart move !)

My system is sleek and looks and sounds amazing and is fully integrated.

Top job all round. Super professional and just nice people to deal with.

Andrew and the guys did a great job from start (working out how we could achieve the look I wanted) to finish (ensuring everything was fully working). Could not be happier with finished look of installed TVs. No wires in sight. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend ADS Satellite and Aerials Ltd highly enough. I had faultless service from the company from start to finish. Both Steve and Jamie who visited my property were very knowledgeable, professional and considerate. I will definitely be using ADS for any future works.

Highly recommended. Very professional. Very clear communication throughout, and a reassuringly transparent approach to pricing. The job was a total recabling of a large 4 storey Grade 2 listed property made up of 10 flats.

Billy the engineer came this morning. He was fantastic. He explained everything to me clearly in a way that I could understand. He was extremely friendly and polite. He went above and beyond to check that the TV's in the house were correctly set up. Fantastic!!!

Arranging the booking with ADS was easy as Matt answered all of my questions via email. 10/10 for efficiency and 10/10 for professionalism and ADS's service in general. I would definitely recommend them.
