One of the installers was so easy to talk to when things weren’t correct, the other never said hello and even didn’t say good bye. Pretty sure they didn’t want me to know they were gone as they expected I’d find another issue and they would have had to stay to fix. They did work hard and did fix every issue, but a few of the problems should have been common sense if they value their trade. I hated having to be on the look out so often for what they were doing. When they had to remove 2 rows because they put in a flawed plank, I felt they were upset with me, when they should have been paying attention.

The carpet crew, different then hardwood guys above, were OK. I asked them not to use their vacuum and use my in house one, they expected me to vacuum and I did. But they should have. Install was good and I heard they complained about how much furniture we had. What can I say but the room is big and with 2 twin beds, and dresser and chests there was trouble finding places to put things. We all survived and it’s all done now!

Very helpful with choosing the carpet and working to get me the best sale. Did a great job with the installation and finished even fast than they predicted.

When I had to replace all of the carpeting in my basement due to a sewage drain backup, my insurance company recommended this place. Brian is who we worked with, for insurance claims. He was so helpful, professional, worked well with the Woodard project manager, and helped me get a deal on the exact carpeting I wanted. I highly recommend for anyone and will stay here for any future flooring needs.

Went to Advanced Carpet One looking for some commercial flooring for my retail store. I wasn't quite ready to make a purchase and Domenic took the time to understand where I was at in the process. He followed up with me, he added his personal touch to some style ideas, which is what I decided use in the end. Domenic understands the industry, he listens to his customers. Ultimately, I'll continue buying from him because he took the time to build a relationship instead of just trying to make a sale. Great work!! Extremely satisfied!!

Easy process and friendly service all around.

I always do business at advance carpet one. The customer service and quality of work was good although there was a miscommunication issue this time. I think because the salesperson I had was only part time at my location.

I still have mistakes that have not been fixed even after trying to coordinate a time to fix with installation manager Darren and I have area where the floor installed is already buckling.

So is someone going to contact me to get this fixed? It’s been since December 2017 and it’s july 2018

The price was better than 8 other places I called for the same product. Also, before I even made my order, I had called asking for reputable flooring installers, without even being a customer and they gave me some contacts. Very helpful, efficient, and professional.

I met Rebecca at the gym and ask her to help me find a kitchen floor. Ola and her were helpful at the store. I love my new floor.
