Salesman and other staff in the display office were helpful and very courteous. I love my new carpet. The installation process went smoothly and the installers were wonderful.

They had patience with our pickiness, they had convenient scheduling, and they tore out and installed all in one day. We are very pleased with the results!

Susan was so wonderful in helping us find the right carpet and hardwood flooring. Even after we couldn't decide on a sample from the carpet one store, she told us to look around and let her know if we found one we liked. She got us a great price on hardwoods that we loved, and look amazing in our home. She always finds answers to my questions right away, and if there is a problem, she makes it right. The installers for both the carpet and hardwood where polite, professional, and did an exceptional job with installation. Thank you all!!!

I have owned my home for 20 years and have had many different occasions where I needed work done in and around my house. I can say that this experience in working with Advance Carpet was the best experience of that entire time. The sales associate was very attentive to my questions and to giving me ALL the information I needed to make my decision about the flooring I wanted and the follow-up through getting the work done was top notch. The work by the installer was excellent in every way. He called before he arrived. He worked the entire time he was here. The work was the best I have ever seen with attention to every detail. The result was ---well - I am just running out of adjectives, but the result was amazing. I am so happy with the flooring, and I am so happy with the overall experience. It is so good to have an experience where someone does what you have paid for and even better than you expected.

Our new kitchen floor is beautiful. All things went smoothly from sales to installation. We randomly selected a high quality company that sold us a high quality floor. It really looks and feels terrific!
