After another local van hire company refused me a rental as I didn't have a credit card this company couldn't of been more helpful. They were due to close for the day and because i desperately needed a van hire they stayed open over their time for me. The hire was simple, efficient and reasonable. I will be sure to use them again if I require a rental in the future.

Friendly service, very affordable rental rates and the vehicle was as expected. Slight mix-up with the return time for the vehicle but all sorted out in the end. Will certainly use Advance Rental again.

Great experience from start to finish. Staff very friendly, process very smooth. Van amazing to drive. This is the second time we have hired and would have no hesitation in using them again. Fabulous. Highly recommended.

The van was very new. The service was efficient and the gentleman was polite and explained everything in detail. The price was excellent compared with other branded companies. I would recommend them to others.

Got to lot to pick van after expecting it found out that left blinker wasn't working / seats were dirty and smelled like it was used for working purpose. When I called the company while in lot they tolled me they didn't have another van even though they had 30 in lot. They gave me another # of a manager who never answered or called back in the 5 days . Unfortunately had no choice but to take the van on vacation out of state . Still waiting to get a call from someone to compensate me for a dirty van that I had to clean enough to have people in it. It was embarrassing and would never rent from them

Great customer service and polite. Car was great on fuel. Topped up too much by over £20 at least. Went to London and back with £40 fuel!! In a van… automatic would have been great. Overall happy with the service.

After searching the web for a van to hire in my area, I came across Advanced Vehice Rental. There prices were good
and I was greeted by very helpful, and friendly staff on arrival. The van was nice and clean, and the whole process was just so easy.

We had a minor incident- wing mirror damaged- thanks to the narrow Norfolk roads and another large van passing us at speed- we expected to be absolutely ripped off when we returned it- but they were very reasonable- couldn’t have asked for better.
We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
