Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience — $27,000 Spent With Very Little to Show

Our experience with Advantage HQ, formerly BM Digital, was extremely disappointing.

We paid approximately $27,000 USD for their marketing services, but from our perspective, we saw very little delivered in return. We signed up expecting a strong marketing strategy, faster execution, and meaningful results, but the entire process was frustratingly slow.

Communication was also a major issue. There were times when our messages were ignored or responses took far too long. This made it difficult to move campaigns forward and left us constantly following up for updates.

One of the biggest disappointments involved influencer marketing. We sent our products to influencers specifically so they could review and promote them, but the expected deliverables did not materialize. In some cases, we only saw photos posted rather than the type of content or reviews we expected. This gave us the impression that the expectations and deliverables with the influencers may not have been communicated or enforced clearly enough.

We are currently pursuing legal action regarding our experience with BM Digital. Since the company is now operating as Advantage HQ, we believe it is important for potential clients to be aware of our experience and to conduct thorough due diligence before committing to a contract or paying a significant amount of money.

Based on our experience, after spending around $27,000, we expected significantly better communication, faster execution, stronger campaign management, and actual results.

Our recommendation is to proceed with extreme caution. Make sure all deliverables, timelines, influencer requirements, reporting, and communication expectations are clearly documented in writing before making any significant payment. Based on our experience, we would not recommend working with this company.
