The whole process of selecting my product on the website and submitting the files was really smooth and they went above and beyond to make sure the cards looked great!

I put in my order at 6am for some funeral 'Order of Service' booklets that had been designed and were finally ready to go to print. I was slightly panicked as the funeral was on the Thursday so understandably wanted somewhere reliable that would be able to print and deliver very quickly but also affordable. I called them later that morning and was able to check, seek advice and ultimately change the paper choice and quantity that I had hurriedly made earlier that morning. They arrived the following day. Phew. Great service.

Advantage Media is a fairly cheap place when you consider next day delivery and fast printing. Customer services was very helpful in answering questions and checking that the uploaded images were in the format they needed to print in. Printed and dispatched quickly and quality is above average.

But they didn't package the flyers carefully. They did use bubblewrap to stop the flyers from moving but not enough and some flyers were creased and bent at the edges, probably during transit. Probably 25 out of the 1000 so not too much of an issue. Could add a flat piece of cardboard at the bottom and have dividers so the flyers stay in place.

I use Advantage Media for most of my print requirements. They offer a good range of products at very reasonable prices, which is surprising with such an amazing turnaround. Friendly and helpful staff at the end of the phone who will do whatever they can to meet customer needs. Highly recommended.

My usual printers let me down, I ordered with Advantage on a prayer that they'd compare to the usual! They were cheaper (as the kraft card was on offer), they were quicker, and I have nothing bad to say about them. Will use them again.
