Bob Myer has been the most influential and inspiration teacher and mentor in the lives of all my three children. Our family is grateful every day for the immeasurable positive impact he has had on their lives. Bob loves and cares for every child as his own, and he takes on your children’s efforts and successes as his own. Bob not only nurtures and instructs the minds of his students to be brilliant lifelong thinkers, writers, problem solvers, and test-takers, but he emboldens their hearts just the same to be unendingly passionate and curious lifelong learners. Bob understands every nuance of every child’s learning style and personality, and he carefully calibrates his teaching to meet each child’s exact needs and bring out their absolute best. Bob is a genius. With his unmatched wisdom and expertise, Bob helps every child to fulfill, and in fact exceed, his or her potential. Despite my three kids having entirely different learning styles, interests, and mindsets, Bob tailored his approach to bring the best out of each, not only for standardized testing, but also for education and learning in general, which they will carry with them forever. Just as Bob loves your children, you children will love Bob. My kids still thank me regularly for the privilege to have worked with Bob. Beyond helping your children, Bob will also assist you in how best to guide your children through their educations from middle school through graduate school. Bob is the most wise and intelligent advisor of every aspect of your child’s education, no matter your child’s capabilities or aspirations. Depending on your child’s studies, Bob will also set your children up with the other astonishingly brilliant, supportive, and helpful Advantage tutors, who will also transform your children’s educations and lives. We are eternally grateful to Bob and his team for their boundless contributions to our children’s educations and lives.

Bob Myer is by far the best tutor for standardized testing. He is the most knowledgeable, and he understands individual student needs. Because he understands every nuance of the tests, and he also understands what drives students to perform their best, he is an outstanding tutor. My children worked with Bob in high school, and they plan to work with him again in preparation for graduate school. He is unparalleled.

As a parent i could not have been more impressed by Advantage Testing and the services they provided. Two of my children worked with Bob Myer, as he prepared one for the SAT and one for the ACT. Bob was kind, thoughtful and beyond knowledgable. My children have very different personalities and styles of learning and Bob found the perfect way to connect with each of them. They both reached their goals and were so thankful to work with such a professional tutoring service and Bob.

My three older children worked with Bob Myer from Advantage Testing in Rye various times over a two year period to prepare for ongoing school testing. Bob was immediately able to connect with their individual learning styles, layout a path for progress and overall inspired them to succeed. He is very encouraging and honest. We found him to be an excellent tutor and we highly recommend him for all students.

Bob Myer is a fantastic standardized test prep tutor but that is just the beginning. He cares deeply about the success of each of his students.

David Sommers at Advantage Testing is an exceptional tutor. He is organized, smart and diligent in his approach to preparing each of his students. He is also considerate and thoughtful in tailoring a program that meets the intellectual and time needs for each of his students. Both of my children who worked with David preparing for the SAT and ACT sing his praises as a tutor and mentor. We would recommend him without exception to anyone looking for top notch tutoring.

We used Advantage Testing for both of our children to prepare for the ACT. Both scored 35s. I specifically credit Bright Limm for his amazing connection to our kids. Bright was able to increase their scores from mediocre to exceptional. It seemed as if our kids were laser focused, and they truly wanted to show Bright that they could master the test. Our kids finished their testing before COVID-19, and it is relevant to this review that we had asked Bright to work over Skype on several occasions - and his sessions were no less effective. We could not recommend Bright and Advantage enough.

Darin is amazing and is now tutoring my 3rd child for her ACTs. I highly recommend him and the other tutors at advantage.

Great service to assist in your kids success!!!

We have utilized several tutors at Advantage Testing for both of our children. Whether it was for the SAT, SAT subject tests, or the SSAT, each of the tutors has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and invested in our children's success. Our kids saw significant gains in all of the assessments in which they received tutoring. Our daughter loved working with Jerry Mishkin for the SAT. He not only provided her with the tools to master the test, but did so in a stress-free and supportive environment. While the cost per session is quite high, we found we needed fewer sessions because the tutors were so effective. We highly recommend Advantage Testing.

Advantage testing helped both my children master the ACT and significantly improve their scores. Natalia and Rob were amazing.

Darin Kaplan is an incredible educator. My son worked with him for multiple tests and my daughter worked with Jerry Mishkin one of his top tutors. Jerry is amazing. Highly recommend Advantage; expensive but worth it as they know how to get results.

Hands down the best thing we ever did for all three of our children. Their tutor, Rob, was fabulous and all three of their scores improved dramatically.

Great company. My ACT score increased significantly over my time at Advantage and I genuinely believe that the support from my tutor Rob is what helped my score increase.

I worked with Susan for about 4 months. She along with the rest of the staff at advantage were exceptional. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, ample communication with myself as well as my parents, and of course my results! They were honest in regards to scores, amount of tutoring needed, and expectations throughout the process which made it much easier.

I highly recommend Advantage Testing in Boco Raton. My daughter needed help with SAT practice. She started with a tutor there and within 2 months, her score went up 90 points. Then another 40 points. Their tutors are amazing and well-versed in all the subject matters. She also had tutoring in Subject Test (Math) and did excellent. It's important to note that a student must be committed to do the work in order to see the results.
From the director, Darin Kaplan to the Office Manager, Morgan Ross and Erin and Jennifer at the front desk. the entire team was always pleasant and very accommodating. Their services are well worth the price. My daughter will be going to Columbia University next year and Advantage Testing made it happen!

We are thrilled with our experience at Advantage Testing. With 3 kids having been through the system, I can confidently say I would not trust anyone else with my child's standardized test preparation. The kids developed amazing knowledge, acquired confidence through practice tests and rising scores, and ultimately did incredibly well. They really enjoyed their time getting to know their tutors, and the skills they learned from Rob and Darin have carried over and led to spectacular results in college! We can't thank Advantage enough!

EXCELLENT . the only place i would use for test tutoring for act , sat etc ...

We used Advantage Testing to assist with ACT Prep for three of our kids. Each improved their ACT score tremendously, with two scoring a 36. Advantage Testing provides individualized tutoring specifically designed to address each student's weaknesses and maximize each student's strengths. Through practice and hard work, Advantage teaches each student to maximize his or her capabilities. You will not be sorry with this company!
