Initially I was very impressed with the communication, the website, the samples, everything. I told our rep what we think we wanted, but also asked a question. He never confirmed ANY details my address, payment method, answering the question, etc but I got an order confirmation email.. It was like pulling teeth to get any other information or an email back unless it was about payment. For this reason alone we will be back on the search for a check company.

I ordered a micr toner on a Thursday and walked in on Monday morning into the office and it was sitting on my desk. I got it ground delivery which it's the fastest deliver for ground in my opinion.
