Great customer service

When I initially placed my order I received a confirmation email but then heard nothing else. When I reached out to customer service I found out that my order was cancelled due to issue with the payment. I called and spoke to a customer service associate and she was able to help me place the order again. A few days later it arrived and was as expected. If I had been notified of the original order being cancelled I would have given my experience 5 stars.

The order is weeks beyond est. arrival date. I then received an email stating that it would not arrive until March 25.

I have children in the facility and hope nothing happens!!!

Ordering was fine.

Curious how when I logged into our account with our work email to order I then received a "welcome" email to my personal email. I do not have our work email synced to my phone in any way. I unsubscribed my personal email but I'm confused on how that happened.
