When I initially placed my order I received a confirmation email but then heard nothing else. When I reached out to customer service I found out that my order was cancelled due to issue with the payment. I called and spoke to a customer service associate and she was able to help me place the order again. A few days later it arrived and was as expected. If I had been notified of the original order being cancelled I would have given my experience 5 stars.

Well you charge pa state sales tax which is ILLEGAL for these medical devices.
Do a web search with the dept of revenue and you WILL find they are EXEMPT for ALL PEOPLE IN THE STATE.
