Cancelled my order and never told me.

You cancelled my order because you thought it was fraudulent when it wasn't. I appreciate the security steps but what you should have done was email me and let me know this was done. Instead, I had to call a week later to discover my order had been cancelled. I purchased from a different company due to this.

Purchased an AED for our Youth…

Purchased an AED for our Youth Agriculture program here in Florida. Got billed right away for the order placed. The pediatric AED pads arrived and no AED machine. So i called to find out the status of the AED machine, and they stated that the AED machine doesn't get shipped out until they receive an AED from someone that turns one in, or traded in and it can be recertified. No where on any of their websites does it say we will not ship an AED product we billed you for until we receive one which could take up to 6 months (per their words, when i did finally speak with them). Company is selling goods and billing Credit Card / Bank Accounts and not being honest about their products. I have now called 3 times to resolve and ask for a return label for part of the order that i did receive. They keep stating we have to send this to our returns department, well it don't take 10 days and 3 phone calls later and they are still not doing anything about it. This company is the biggest Scam i have ever dealt with in my entire career. This address of the company list multiple companies which all have the same website and products with different names on the websites. If you google their address it will show all the companies and websites. They all have the same products and no where does it state you must wait for a product to be turned in first.

An AED needed for a small remote community.

I’ve been researching for months. We live in a fairly remote and rugged area of the thousand islands 4-5 months out of the year. Our neighbor had a heart attack in the middle of the night and we have a small clinic/hospital but it is 25 minutes by boat. Having this added level of aid would have helped him.

The refurb unit will do just fine for the 4-5 months out of the year we may need it
