Due to an oversight on my part I over used my data by a large amount on contacting Aerial Direct. A costumer service member Tim, was really professional patient and understanding helping all the way. Securing my phone against future mistakes, I will be reimbursed in full. Very few companies would do that definitely recommend this company . Big thank you Tim.

Don't use unless you like being ignored
If you want a new contract Aerial direct get back to you in minutes, if you want to cancel a contract they ignore you. I will not be using them again.
