I was told MMS texts could not exceed 160 characters. No one had ever told me that before, also emogees and pictures cost more to send! I am not happy.

Was an 02 customer for over 20 years...this company rang me and said we're joint with 02 ..since swapping I'm constantly cut off being totally ripped off paying £36 a month for sim only ...ID mobile offer a much better up to date phone with unlimited for only £26 a month ..this company don't want to give you offers as proven yesterday when I called ...staff wasn't interested in keeping me as a customer..if with 02 DO NOT join these as they a third party company not part of 02 . I feel scammed and really let down .
