I phoned to ask about my bill
I phoned to ask about my bill which was £47 more than any other bills I normally have . A lovely lady called Amanda was incredibly patient with me and explained what had happened she also suggested putting a ‘cap’ on my account which she did straight away for me . Amanda said she would put a request in for a chargeback . I had a text from aerial this morning asking me to get in touch . I phoned a spoke to a lady who said it was Amanda who o had dealt with on my first call and she was sitting opposite her I asked her to thank her so much she was so lovely. I was asked if I would fill in a report to say how I was dealt with . They were amazing.

I had a problem with my signal , I raised the problem with aerial direct and millie sent out a new sim card the same day, the helpful whatsapp chat made activating the new sim card easy also with Lauren been really helpful and tentative,

I had an issue with my billing. Tim from ArielDirect called . Listened to the query I had and was able to help explain the reasons behind the issue.
He suggested ways to help me in the future .
Then also gave me a courtesy call a few days after to ensure everything been resolved .
