Cancelled flight and no refund still...
I am still due a refund. I have contacted customer services multiple times and have not heard back. Will be taking this to court if not dealt with shortly.
Alesa was so helpful
Alesa was so helpful. My client had to reschedule and there was a glitch in the system. Instead of charging me for changing the itinerary over the phone as required, she was very helpful and changed the itinerary at no cost. Very fast and efficient.
Flight cancelled and refusing to give refund
Booked onto flight from LHR to FLR in January. The flight was cancelled with less than 7 days notice. I have emailed them multiple times to ask for a refund. Most of the time they don't reply. I eventually got a reply saying my refund would be processed, but it's now been over a month and I've not received anything. I will have to take my complaint to the UK CAA. I suggest other members who also experienced this also take their complaint to their country's regulatory body so their behaviour can be flagged up.

how to get your money back
so basically they sell you the flight, the flight never happens (it porbably wasn't intended to happen in the first place, they just wanted your money). Then they make it near impossible for you to get the money back. Statistically spaking there will alway be some people who give up, which translates in free money for the company. But hey, there is an easy way to get your money back: call your bank and ask for a thing called CHARGE BACK!

I'm pretty sure this is a scam airline. Paid for a (Admittedly cheap) flight that they cancelled after a month. Now they have made it close to impossible to get refunded for it.
Refund received
Aeroitalia changed the date of my return flight by two days, which was unacceptable to me. As many people wrote here, I tried to send them an e-mail requiring a refund - with no response. In the meantime, they changed the time of my outbound flight from late evening to early morning without bothering to notify me.
Then I found a chat window on their site. The response was immediate, and I got the refund within three days. Of course, this is not what you would call a good service but it's not scam either.
Unreliable
The worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Christmas flight was cancelled, no refund yet provided and no decent replies from their customer service - promised refund and not yet received, nor a reply for a contact phone number to get further information.

We booked a holiday through last minute with confidence to go to Florence, Over 2 weeks before the we contacted both Last Minute.com and the airline Aeroitalia because we couldn’t find the flight number Aeroitalia XZ 2112 online. Last Minute reassured us that all was fine and that the flight had been confirmed at their end, they also reassured had there have been any problems the airline would have said. On this day I also contacted the airline myself as my concerns were growing, unfortunately the only way to get in touch with them was via email, which is what was done. Unfortunately we had no response.
We did try to check in online but it wouldn’t allow us so we decided that we would do it at the airport. My partner and myself traveled over 4 hours from Birmingham to Heathrow airport, which was not cheap.
Once we arrived at our terminal we couldn’t find the airline and when we asked at the information desk they explained that the airline had stopped trading and several customers had showed up and experiences the same problems, that they hadn’t been informed of cancellations.
We tried contacting the Airline and no response.
We had to spend over £800 on new flights and it was an absolutely horrific experience. My birthday was ruined. The airline will post on social media but not actually provide customer service or answer emails, i cant believe they are getting away with this to customers. Nothing could change the trauma we went through of turning up for a holiday and the flight not actually existing. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND or use this airline. I will update this post if i ever get a response from this airline! :-(
