This is the worst Airline Company I…

This is the worst Airline Company I have ever experienced. You pay a fee for literally everything. 50 euro for the check in if you don’t do it online more than 3 hours before departure and 90 euro for cabin bags. They told us that we needed priority passes to carry hand luggage, but almost everyone in the non-priority line carried cabin bags. We already paid for checked in luggage. In addition the staff was really rude. And we got seats apart from each other even though the flight was not fully booked. Cannot recommend at all!!!

This is a Scam

This is a Scam. I paid already 230€ Bucharest-Roma and I received an email saying my check in was complete. When I arrived at the counter, they are asking me for extra 25€ because the check in was not done … even though I have the email to prove the opposite.. I contacted the customer service but they are barely answering to me and do not want to talk about any refund. This is unacceptable.

Awful service

Awful service. Register in their app before otherwise you will have to pay 25 euro per each person.
Also, we were staying in a queue for almost 2 hours to pass the check-in while their stuff was chatting, looking their instagrammes all the time , but not working. Business processes are not automated. They took my credit card and put my security code by their own hands , checking all my private information. This is the first time I faced with such awful service.

not roma fumicinio

I bought large cabin luggage and when I arrived it said it was too big, but it had the right dimensions. so I paid €100 to put it in the hold. bad experience

Dodgy

As my father in-law's health had rapidly deteriorated, we were considering cancelling our short trip away. Absolutely zero customer service, nobody, zilch, nudder, available anywhere. I looked into changing the flights online, just to see what it would cost. The prices quoted for different flights during the process were €0,00. I chose not a single extra. Got to the last page and surprise, €300, simply for the change. There was no option to void the modification. So we lost our booking that Id already paid for, and without ever being given the choice, I was asked to pay another €300. The decision not to travel was made for us. Very dodgy!

Why do you offer an online support if…

Why do you offer an online support if no one replies? why is there a call center if no one is answering? Why do you write on you cite the the refund is "solved" if you've cancelled our flight and didn't give any refund?

SCAM airline!!!

Upon checking in on the mobile app, a message appeared stating we could not check in on-line. When I checked in at the airport I was forced to pay $25 over ticket cost for not checking in on line despite the fact that I was unable to do so. The agents said I should show some type of proof that I could not check in.

The worst experience ever. I don't recommend

The worst experience ever. Delay from Bucharest to Rome. Delay from Rome to Bucharest. We travelled with a small child. Delay every 30min till the delay become 3 hours. After that we wait in the bus 30min. After that we wait another 30min on the airplane. No explanation. I believe they have technical issues with the airplane. Better travel by bicycle, you will arrive earlier than this phantom company.

Horrible company - AVOID

Horrible company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought a flight ticket, they canceled the flight 3 days before the due date. I asked for a refund, it took them two months to reply. When I finally got a refund, it was partial. They didn't give back all the money, they kept about 50 EURO for themselves, even though they are the ones that canceled the flight. Terrible company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

3hr delay and no one told us

The fact that we had a 3hr delay and no one even bothered to tell us 💀 we just had to wait and find out abt the delay via Google 💀 it's not like I expect them to apologize (as if they care), but it would be the right thing to announce any minor event that's off the schedule.
Update: they did eventually inform us ♡ of another ~3hr delay :)) no one said nothing about the first delay, at least we were given a sandwich and water

Absolute garbage.

Absolute garbage.
They rob you right in front of your eyes.
We tried to check in before our flight ( eventhough I did not receive an email regarding this) the website said your online check in is complete.
We went to the airport and they charged us 65 euros extra each, for not checking in 24 hours before the flight!

Use chatbox function for refund. Avoid airline in future!

My experience with Aeroitalia has been turbulent. I booked for Florence cancelled by end of December. Since then I have continuously chased them like a dog after its own tail.

My most recent email in early June they advised I use the 'chatbox' function on the Aeroitalia website quoting my booking reference and refund option.

Truly this was going to be my last attempt to get my refund before I was going to escalate them to the appropriate aviation regulatory authority (which I told them).

Today they finally refunded the money.

I advise you use the chat box function on their site as the email is pretty much non operational for purposes of getting your refund.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! My first flight with aeroitalia was also my last. We were rescheduled 3x , arrived 8 hours later than expected and there is literally no one answering. Our lawyer resigned, that’s why I decided to warn you about aeroitalia.
