Professional Travel Company
Company based in Birmingham UK the staff are fantastic always received with warmth and helpfulness, Aerolex have been operating for a number of years I only wish if they can operate out of Staffordshire.as well. Only thing negative they don't offer receipts
Aerolex gives up to date information on flights where everything is made simple and their passengers are not left bewildered like other travel agents do.
We as a family have been using Aeroflex since 1999 and they are our first point of call and never have they let us down.
See you soon in the Spring of 2020.

The service of the Aerolex is one of the best, I must say because
A) Best price, can match any other offer in the market.
B) customer service is excellent, respond my email query very quickly
C) Always helpful attitude
D) no hidden charge
E) Treat customers with respect
F) Do not charge unfairly
When I was abroad and made inquiries regarding my wheelchair, I was assisted straightaway Without any further charge by Agent Zamal and his team.I appreciate that because some companies, after the sale they either do not respond or if they do they either charge for their time / service/ amendment fees. My honest opinion is it is a travel agent you can rely.
