Fast processing, everything in time.

One of the tests we received was missing the liquid tube! Make sure you check the contents of your package with enough time in advance of your trip to have them send you a replacement if you need it! It took over 9 days for us to get the replacement - we had already left the country at that point.

Great experience. I booked lateral flow tests, returns from my destination started requiring pcr, aeromedical refunded without any need to report anything.

Purchase and delivery of the Lateral flow tests from this company was exceptional. Unfortunate because of the change of international travel our holiday got cancelled so we havent use our tests yet.. as we needed PCR tests

We ordered Lateral Flow tests for when we returned from Spain. Whilst we were abroad UK government rules changed the requirement to PCR tests. These were not available in time from Aeomedical so sourced them elsewhere. We received a refund of £12 and were allowed to keep the tests.

Cheapest I could find, instant results for the lateral flow test pre departure and fit to fly. Straight forward instructions, good communication and helpful.

After having purchased our lateral flow test kits for our return from a winter holiday there was a change in Govt. guidance, moving instead to a full PCR test requirement. I was surprised and very happy to receive a full refund from Aeromedical, without my asking for a refund.

The product arrived a bit late than expected,
However the service itself offered by the company was good and cheaper than other providers.
So if you are not in a rush and willing to tolerate 1/2 days delay, then it's good to go with this company

All was good aside from the lengthy process filling out passenger details, especially when travelling with a family on the same flight. there should be an option to set default flight information to be used for all passengers instead of having to type in each thing over and over again.

We purchased kits initially as day 2 tests but asked to change them to pre departure when the goalposts were moved. The customer service was great and when we submitted the test last night we had our confirmation in 10 minutes….first class!!

I recently purchased 2 lateral flow tests , they were delivered via Royal Mail no problem.
On our return from holiday when the test were taken. We submitted our results, in which their was no problem with the certificate they sent bk to ourselves

Very friendly staff and gentle application.
So busy, could have done with more testing people.
Thought that the process could be more stream lined . Bar code / qr code stickers preprinted and ready to attach to sample. Felt there might be a risk of sample mix ups as there was a bit of confusion in the process.
Also very expensive.
