During our holiday the Covid-19 travel rules for entry to England changed requiring a Day-2 PCR test. As my wife and I had appointments for the days after our return, we needed a company that was able to guarantee a test result by midnight on the day of our arrival thus avoiding self isolating beyond that. The Regeneration Clinic had a convenient location in the Oracle Mall in Reading that offered that. I would have preferred a cheaper option but the web site for the Regeneration Clinic gave me confidence that this was a company that would deliver. Booking was simple and the Regenerative Centre staff were most efficient for our walk-in PCR tests. I had a problem filling in my UK PLF online with my Test Reference Code but the call centre was most professional and patient and it was established that I had misread the code in their email and they waited on the phone while I resubmitted the form to ensure that all worked which it did. As I said, The Regeneration Clinic guaranteed the results before midnight for tests done in Reading before 3pm but I would have liked to pay less than £99 for this service. If that was the case, my rating would be be upgraded from 4 to 5 stars.

The only thing a bit wrong was that my order came 1 day late but the rest of the process was so simple and speedy. I get result in time and definitely will recommend them to others.

They gave very good service. When abroad we temporarily lost the code needed for our Passenger Location Form, so sent an 'urgent' email on a Friday after normal office hours - and they replied very quickly - although thankfully we had found the code in amongst the huge amount of paperwork you seem to accumulate when travelling these days. I was very impressed - thank you.

I had some issues uploading my test results as the website didn't seem to like the browser I was using - Safari on a MacBook Pro. But I switched to Google Chrome and all was good after that.
