Quick and reliable results for our Day + 2 test

After paying for the test on a Sunday, I presumed it would be sent out and be available on my arrival back into the UK. I booked my daughters 2 day test with another company, and hers was there on the Wednesday when we arrived back. Mine didn't arrive until the Saturday, so 6 days after paying for it. Unfortunately the drop box in my town is only available Mon-Fri, so I had to drive 30 mile round trip to post my test, so I'd be able to get back to work and wouldn't have to wait much longer. I'd already lost 2 days wages, waiting for the test to arrive.
Once sent off, the results did come back quickly, the Sunday morning, so I was happy with that.

As a Belgian tourist (in November) I had some trouble in reporting my negative result to NHS/gov.uk When I arrived in the UK, the test was waiting for me at the address mentioned.
However, the instructions to report the result could not be followed because the number that was supposed to be on my Lateral Flow Test did not correspond with the letters and numbers mentioned in the instructions. I texted a photo of my (negative) result and since I didn't hear anything I suppose they got my result and it didn't need any further action.

We ordered 2 day-2 testing kits for returning from a trip abroad. Delivery was quick and through the letterbox so you don’t need to be home. Test is easy to use with easy instructions on how to submit results. Only minor point is that results were a bit delayed and we had to contact the company to get them. They replied quickly though.
