We bought these test when we were travelling back to the UK after the half term break. They were the cheapest tests available at that time. The process of buying them on line was really simple and they arrived home at the right time

Very late despatch time. No response to complaints in over a month. UPDATE - Still no response to complaint.
Tests were dispatched more than 96 hours after ordering - not 24 hours after ordering (on a Monday) as was stated at the time of placing the order - and therefore took more than one week to be delivered. Had already left the country by the time the tests finally arrived - no way these could have been taken on Day 2!. No response has thus far been given to my previous complaint and refund request (made more than one month ago).
UPDATE
Still no response to original complaint or follow-up email - 13 January 2022.

I did have some issues with website which were resolved via a reasonably quick email.
Otherwise a good and reasonably priced service
