Jiffy hoods and knee pads were exactly as they should be. Communication is easy - only minus is for a slightly long delivery time, but we were not in a rush so it was not an issue for us.

Expensive shipping to CH plus VAT
"Free shipping" commercial on website, but only to EU, ok.
75CHF for DHL to Switzerland is very high price. Please inform the clients that it will be added VAT from DHL. For my case 75chf plus 55chf VAT...
Many EU website propose a package with shipping and VAt for Switzerland, for about 30chf, it is cheap, the client have no surprise, everybody is happy. Have a look on "glisshop.com" for exemple.
I ordered equipment from France to Switzerland on another website, the shipping was free, the VAT and the customs taxes were included in the bill, so no surprise and free shipping, it make a big difference...

Delivered on time, but …
Delivered on time. A small item, a USB Bluetooth dongle. Packaging gave very little protection, but arrived intact. IP address of device should have been sent with it. I haven’t tried to use it yet. Hoping it will work and that I can ‘see’ it and connect.
