Very disappointed

Very disappointed with the behaviour of the company.

Ordered parts online and after a week, when I have expect the parcel to arrive, they sent email just being sorry for late reply, telling me the part is 40% more than I have paid, offering £10 good will discount.

I have suggested to honour the price or refund me 20% more for my inconvenience and wasted week of waiting.

The even didn't reply to this, on the other side, they return the money.

Ordered cheaper than with the "good will discount" from reputable seller from ebay.

Not really good or professional behaviour and I do really wonder how some business can get away with that.
