Do not expect to get what you pay for! 6 years with this company and they could not get a washing machine repaired!The repairman stated for months heciuld not purchase the parts needed! I found them on the Maytag website, and were available to purchase!I finally had to purchase a new one one to do laundry. Per the contract, my reimbursement would be 300.00 $. That is what AFC determined my 6 year old Maytag to be. I spent 735.00 for a new one, and have not received my reimbursement check two months later. They are well trained at stalling and misleading you! Do not believe the commercials on television!

Excellent customer service, and the plan is perfect for my house, with low prices, a small down payment, followed by low monthly payments, which impresses me the most. My warranty is for 3 years, but I'm only paying for 2, so you get one free year - you can't beat that.
