Well organized, polite staff but seating not suitable for a comfortable 5 hour night crossing. Most uncomfortable night.

Clean, on time, comfortable.
Always SO SLOW to disembark. 1 hour!
A few hours after booking we realized a mistake and there was no chance to cancel the booking without a fee. Although we booked super early in March for a trip end of July and really had to cancel shortly after the booking. That's why we then changed plans to use the Eurotunnel instead to avoid booking with DFDS for this trip again.
Long crossing but good value. The staff are really helpful and efficient. There is a lounge where you can sleep if you don't want to pay for a cabin but the seats aren't that comfortable for that length of time and you need something warm to cover up as the Aircon is very chilly.
Efficient and friendly staff, wide choice of breakfast items. Clean and quietl cabins
Very enjoyable trip
Poor leading. Wet slippy surfaces on ferry. Dangerous for motorbikes. Unloading procedure poor and long. Stop starting not good for motorbikes
Only a 4 hour crossing but almost an hour to get off the Ferry after we had docked.
Aferry charged me for altering booking then said they had not.spoke to dfds who sorted it. Aferry apologised and reembursed but should not have said can alter booking when couldnt
All good, on time with friendly staff. 0600 was an early start but the full English started the day nicely!
As always an excellent and faultless journey, no problems whatsoever, and reasonably priced. Thank you. NH
All good. Food and staff.
Cabin clean and warm, staff friendly
Easy Boarding with a very nice Hot full English Breakfast 👍
Good calm crossing
I keep repeating, the walls of the cabins are too thin. And why put families next to people who obviously need to sleep!!!
Great route, and great service - only lost a few points as the MV Côte d'Albâtre is showing its age in places compared to other ferries I’ve used in recent years. Still, not a reason to not use this convenient route.
Poor catering facilities available on this crossing and some toilets not in use. General fealing of supply as little as possible to save money
A very nice enjoyable trip with a well run ship
