The staff we dealt with on-board could not have been nicer. We had a real prpv=blem a tthe check-in as the premium lounge tickets I had added to my booking the previous evening did not show up at the DFDS check-in so I had to buy a new pair of tickets. I will be pursuing AFerry for reimbursement in due course.

We have used the ferry a few times now & it has never been delayed & always leaves on time. The staff welcome you aboard & it is always clean. We have only ever had the breakfast which is a bit hit & miss, sometimes it’s a little bit cold but apart from that it’s perfect for getting across the pond.

Our bout was cancelled and we weren’t notified. So I want my money back as we had to edit and got stuck in the traffic because we had the the next boat !

Very, very crowded with loud unruly school parties - hundreds of them throughout the boat. No chance of getting any sleep. Crew couldn't care less.
