Got me on an earlier ferry, staff all great, well looked after as i was in the Premiere lounge, arrived on time, disembarked quickly. I do tend to use DFDS for my trips over to Europe, good value, and plently of ships.

Great experience from start to finish. I found booking on the app very easy, clear and intuitive. The checking-in was satisfy and straight forward with no delay to boarding in the car. Onboard facilities were very good. It was clan, comfortable and the food I had was very good. All round, I would prefer this experience to the train any day.

I really like the dfds service we use it a lot. The one this that is difficult is customer feedback or support on the a ferry website I bought a flexi ticket during Covid, and had to postpone because I got covid and couldn’t travel (for other people’s safety then) I could not reach the customer support to do this and ended up having to buy a second ticket. This sucked. If you are reading this please contact me , because you still owe me the money ey back. Apart from that it’s a great service

We arrived early at Dover Port and we were allowed to get on an earlier ferry that was just about to leave! That was super especially for the three children who didn’t have to wait 1 1/2 hours for our own ferry! Thank you DSDF!
