Ferry always leaves on time - the staff are all helpful and friendly and the Dunkirk port is stress free and simple. My favourite and now only crossing route

Misleading communication. I booked the ticket on aferry website where there was a box writing 'Flexy travel'. Some other sailings did not have this box. I thought I buy a flexy ticket. I arrived to the port late evening and the ticket vas for 8AM. The lady in the window told me that thois ticket is not flexy. On the confirmaztion it was not written 'flexy'. She also advised that I should contact aferry but it is practicly impossible not only at night but also during office hours. I didn't want to pay extra so I had to wait for the morning ship outside the port. The other misleading communication is that we can sail one ship earlier or later even if the ticket is not flexy. It is communicated also on aferry website. This is not always true, there must be maximum 4 hours time difference between the two sailings. At night sometimes there is no other ship in this 4 hour, so you can not sail one ship earlier or later then booked.
