Missed the ferry as been stuck on the motorway for 90 minutes, truck on fire. They rebooked us for another, just 30 minutes after our initial booking! Amazing! Thanks!

Might i suggest you run one ferry crossing for all coaches with children and lorries only, as on our last crossing we had six coach loads of children wandering and charging around the boat screaming and making a noise much to the displeasure of other passengers. As one crew member said "be ready for pandemonium."
