Very simple and nicely organised. The only thing which should be better is the possibility of contacting the company in case of emergency. There is no way to do so. But otherwise a good experience.

I'm very happy, as always. A duty free shop is equipped very well, I can buy good product in even better price. The price is quite high, gut still cheapest option to travel to the other side. I would extend the option to have a dog on board, but it is still ok without her/him there.

In the women’s toilet deck 7 only one of several cabins were open. In the toilet for women and men there was no liquid soap in the container.

Not much to say - DFDS does what it says on the tin. On board prices could be lower, but I don't think they are as bad as other "captive market" pricing. Overall, a very stress-free return trip. I particularly like the flexibility to travel with the previous or next crossing included in the price.

The best Europe to UK ferry

When I booked the trip through aferry there was a box saying 'Flexi'. Clicking on the box I received the message that I can sail one ship later or earlier. It is not quite clear if this is valid if the time difference is more than 4 hours. For example if I book for the 4AM ship, which is the first one in the morning, may I take the 10PM ship which is the last one before that. Previously I had to sleep in the port because of this. This time I could board. It would be useful to make this situation clear.
