The only criticism would be the delay of 45 minutes on arrival

The food price was very expensive, and the quality of the food was poor. They served cold food, but after we complained, they replaced it.

Well organised , just a pity the ship was full of noisy students from several coaches so we couldn't rest .

Restaurant was expensive and average quality. No internet. Ended up with €15 roaming charges with Marine provider without warning.

So far, we’ve always been traveling with PNO Ferries or DFDS. This was the first time with Irish fairies, and we liked it very much. Especially the interior of the ship was very appealing. The staff was very friendly. Now, if one could get the lorry drivers to put on more clothing than their underwear, the sight would be much brighter. But then again, you have that problem on every ferry…

First time on Irish ferries, probably the last…..the ferry Oscar Wilde was very scruffy, there were far too many tannoy announcements that were very loud and the system buzzed for most of the journey. The duty free shop was very badly organised the alcohol was mixed up and the cosmetics untidy and impossible to find what you were looking for, the staff couldn’t find anything due to the confusion of the storage drawers! The only plus side of the journey was that we were in the first twenty vehicles off.
