We were greeted at the gate by a very efficient lady and told to park lane 1. Went into the cafe and had a nice breakfast roll. At the set time we boarded but no one seemed to know that we had a wheelchair bound person in our group. I requested a crew member to leave space behind our car to allow offloading the wheelchair otherwise we would have struggled. The rest of the trip was okay

From booking and driving the car on to the boat, AFerry is the best way for a family of 4, with a full car, to get to Ireland from Cairnryan.

This was my 3rd trip to Ireland within 12 months , this trip was a bit late setting off. The food Menue in the Lounge was limited, don't know why there's no Sandwiches on it or even a Salad option, just saying

travelled from cairnryan to larne to pick up a puppy .i didnt know foot passengers cant take puppies on board.. if they are in a proper crate dont see why they are not allowed. to me the policy doesnt make a great deal of sense i know they are allowed to stay in a car but thats to much money. for me it was a wasted journey. stena line allows pets to travell they let them to stay in a kennel which suits a lot of people.

Good communication as my original sailing was cancelled due to bad weather. Plenty of space on board so we were comfortable.
