Many thanks to the lovely staff at Cairnryan who kindly changed my booking free of charge. I had arrived early to board the 04:00 sailing, but they offered me a place on the 23:59 boat instead! In the past, I’ve always found the staff to be warm, supportive, and very understanding of my being Deaf.
A straightforward process with check in, boarding etc and lots of room on board.

They cancelled
Cancelled sailing moved back 3 hours got in 15 minutes late. First there because we planned for early sailing. Last off. Had to travel an hour and put up a tent very late. If this was a flight we would have been compensation for the delay. P&O nothing not even a complementary coffee. Managing there boats is their problem and apparently regularly they aren't doing it. My ticket means that they should provide the service described. Fail
Ferry on time smooth crossing
Everything was great , it was very busy so book into the lounge which was really good not as noisy which made the sailing much more enjoyable 😀
