Boarding was all east (we were on motorcycles) - although a few of the bike ratchets did not work. All clean facilities and smooth trip over.

I have booked my ticket 9.50.In the morning When I get there 1 hour before I was told dad, I can go on my booking time ferry instead. I was pushed on twelve o clock, so driving through europe, twelve hours, i still have to wait hour and a half because of this mess

The boat was very busy with women and children sat on the floor everywhere because of all the grown men sleeping across most of the seating areas with little regard for their fellow passengers. The staff where completely ignoring this and chose to tell off a 3 year old child for being on a stool in the slot machine area. Looks like they where to scared to ask an adult to sit up and not take up a complete bench and let a mum and her children sit down but they where brave enough to tell a 3 year old to get down. Absolutely shocking. I would never use them again. The urinals were blocked and it looked like someone had urinated in sink

Everything has good on ferry but in port of Calais I don't have any possibility to buy 1 coffee. Coffee shop close and coffee machine out of service.

Ferry was cancelled, and I had to wait 4 hours at Calais port. I missed my appointment in Kent as a result. The food on board the ferry is awful. My advice is not to use this ferry company
