Food was poor. Stood Around waiting for over 30 mins just to get some hot food that the caterers were desperately trying to make for the passengers. Why on earth would they not have prepped it before everyone came on board? Toilets were smelly and not clean which wasn’t nice. Staff were clueless about every question that was asked. P&O was better 30 years ago honestly

Better than the competition the food is better. The lounge itself is better Facilities outside and access to the dec prices similar to other outlets maybe a pound deer on some of the things but overall a very clean ship. Smooth crossing yeah enjoyed it. Would recommend it.

terrible experience, never again, we arrived in plenty of time, but due to the enormous queues before checkin we missed our sailing by minutes (we saw it still there when we got to the ramp and we could have easily be let on, but the staff made no effort to help us). The checkin lady didn't even say a single word to us and never informed us she was bumping us on the next sailing, which was delayed by another 2 hours, so arrived 4 hours late in total; we missed the event we were going to. Never again, we are taking Le Shuttle back as we never want to be treated like this again.
