terrible experience, never again, we arrived in plenty of time, but due to the enormous queues before checkin we missed our sailing by minutes (we saw it still there when we got to the ramp and we could have easily be let on, but the staff made no effort to help us). The checkin lady didn't even say a single word to us and never informed us she was bumping us on the next sailing, which was delayed by another 2 hours, so arrived 4 hours late in total; we missed the event we were going to. Never again, we are taking Le Shuttle back as we never want to be treated like this again.

Lovely ferry; apparently it was recently remodeled. Very comfortable. The customs and baggage check was not very efficient. A bus had to take us back and forth 30 minutes along the wharf to get it accomplished. It could be streamlined. Also it would have been nice if the ferry personnel were familiar with the shuttle into town and could answer questions for the foot passengers.
