From the very start, the process of buying my engagement ring was made very easy by the lovely people at Affinity Diamonds. My partner and I were invited to a private meeting, where we were met by Roxy and before any rings were show to us, we were given an explanation of diamonds and the factors that determine quality. Roxy was friendly, well informed and explained things clearly, and we cannot thank her enough for the experience.

Once Roxy had taken down what we wanted for the ring, all we had to do was wait. We were kept informed of the progress and they were always able to be contacted if we had any questions.

The ring was beautiful, just stunning and we were also able to do a resizing the same day we came into the shop.

Affinity Diamonds made what can be a stressful process into a smooth transaction, and resulted in a beautiful diamond that my fiancé can't stop staring at!

My experience with Affinity Diamonds was interesting, enjoyable and above exciting.
After giving my thoughts on the ring I was after, Sam and the lovely lady Roxy were very helpful in explaining what diamond I was after. Being specific and showing me the type I was interested in and also giving me a little education on diamonds. I needed the ring by a certain date, and they delivered. Sam and he's team are the BEST.

The team at Affinity Diamonds made the process of finding the right stone so seamless and simple. The amount of knowledge and skill they have is amazing.
