Had glto wait for a second set of partials were made as the first set some of the teeth were to small,Had new impressions made and then waited another three weeks ,received the new set and cannot wear them due to peircing my gums when i tried to chew,they even cut my gumsnwhen i just put my top and bottom together,called to see what they could do and they are short handed so i have to wait until the 12 th to be seen

Glad I recieved my immediate dentures at least.
I've Been attempting to schedule a appointment for implants but they won't respond to my phone calls or text messages I'm forced to explore other options but again thanks for the dentures

Was never told they didn't do adjustments on Friday!
I'm very upset I can't get my free 60 days adjustments, they fit fine but hurt very bad in 1 place, and I wasn't told they don't do adjustments on Friday and I work 12 13 hours a day Sunday thru Thursday and I have no way to get over there except on Friday and whoever I talked to was very rude about the situation and I paid 800 dollars cash money for something that's now gonna hurt extremely bad and nothing I can do about it!! Absolutely ridiculous, nobody ever told me they only do them on certain days, I even had to put off getting my teeth because I couldn't get over there till Friday, very disappointed, I guess I'm gonna contact my lawyer, don't know what else to do because whoever I talked to definitely wasn't trying to help, just being rude

I was honest in so much pain
I was honest in so much pain. I have a bad root canal tooth that was infected and needed to come out. The doctor and staff was so caring got me in that day and was able to get my tooth out. They were so kind and nice during the appointment. I hate teeth but they were able to relax me and did not have any pain. Thank you so much I can not say enough.

The communication is terrible
The communication is terrible. I get told one thing and when I have to take a 1/2 day of vacation to “what” I think is getting done - I get told that I have to wait another month.

After months the dentures i approved…
After months the dentures i approved were not the final product. The ladies in the office are the only reason I even gave 2 stars. Needless to say after multiple trips to office and having to spend ove $80 to travel from Orlando round trip to be SO DISAPPOINTED by the product and the way the dentist spoke to me making me feel like my concern was invalid. EVEN after showing the pictures I had I m phone of what I approved further made me feel disrespected to the point I made the decision to throw my time and money I had already invested by refusing to go any further and opted for a refund, too bad they cant reimburse for all the time and travel over the last 2months worth of visits...wish there was an option to post pictures so you can see the difference.

Experience far exceeded my expectations.
The team were professional and the dentist was supportive and generous. So far the experience far exceeded my expectations. At one point I thought we were in the middle of the extraction procedure but to my surprise I was told all extraction were done. Healing now is taking place and I am looking forward to wearing my new dentures. Thank you
