i ordered my protein powder which arrived earlier than i thought it would. i do find their prices pretty cheap compared to others

Used previously and ordered product for a next day delivery, for unknown reasons this failed (they didn't send it out). Got a refund for the delivery and got it a few days later, not happy but hey ho these things happen.

Placed an order recently for 4kg of protein, and again specified next day delivery, I was within the time allowed to order for a next day delivery and checked out successfully (£74 order).
Wife was off work and she stayed in to take delivery. I got an email in the afternoon of the day the delivery was due, telling me it wouldn't be delivered that day and would be a few days!!

Upon ringing, I was told that they have a shortage of staff in the warehouse so the goods didn't get picked / shipped. That's not my problem, I paid for a service and I expect that service. I know things happen, but getting informed by email in the afternoon on the day delivery was due is not acceptable. They did offer me a protein bar though!!
I cancelled the order and went to bulk powders instead, ended up spending more money on additional things. As a plus, I got some free samples from them as well, and I will use them in future.

Affordable Supplements have lost me as a customer. Only 1 positive was they were quick to refund me.

Fabulous service - use chocolate caramel which is great used as a shake, popped in porridge or with yogurt. Definately recommend, its a must for the sweet toothed chocaholics!

I've ordered a few things from here now and have always had quick delivery, well packaged goods and good customer service; including rectifying my mistake when I said I'd pick them up from the depot even though I live miles away. The price has always been competitive too.

I Had a order that i payed for express delivery after two days i called to ask were my order was ?
And was told that 2 of the items was out of stock.
So i cancel .
