Nightmare to open account
I tried several times to open an account today, for over 30 mins. No success. I have never experienced such a longwinded and complicated process, ever. John Lewis, Marks and Spencer - quick, no issues, but trying to open an account with Afibel is like trying to join the KGB!

Parcel was sent to the wrong address…
Parcel was sent to the wrong address and Afibel said it was my fault but delivery address and postcode were correct on my order and account details.
Customer service didn’t respond to my message that they had got the address wrong before they delivered the parcel and weren’t prepared to do anything about it. Waiting for a response to my email.

IT systems are a risk
Made an order with correct delivery address.Confirmation to send to another address. Called Afibel who said they cannot do anything about it and I needed to contact there IT. They also couldn't assist and said I could report it missing, apply for a refund and then order again...Not likely

They are very helpful when you have a problem. Ordering is very easy,clothes shoes etc. are well made, order anything it comes quite quickly, sending things back is easy to do.
